Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing defense litigation services
  • Comprehensive trial preparation, including strategy formulation and witness coaching
  • Investigating complex litigation topics
  • Conducting and defending depositions
  • Drafting and presenting motions
  • Must possess an active Washington Bar license
