Job Title:Business Analyst/Oracle Consultant

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst/Oracle Consultant at ClinDCast LLC, you will work closely with Global and Regional business partners to document business needs and requirements. You will be well-versed with Process manufacturing, Oracle ERP Finance, and Order Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts, business users, solution architects, and functional specialists to define and document business processes.
  • Collaborate with management and business operations units to comprehend and document decision support needs.
  • Design, develop, and document test scenarios, scripts, and test data to support testing phase.
  • Coordinate and support testing activities: integration testing, SQA, user testing, validation, etc.
  • Support creation of training documentation and user training delivery.
  • Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, and other relevant documentation.
  • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of post-production related issues, document issue resolution, and update documentations.
  • Communicate verbally and in written form with project team, informing them of potential risks.
  • Support multi-functional business systems for supply chain: Oracle EBS, Boundary system Integrations, Analytics, and Digital Supply Chain capabilities.
  • Support the project team with analysis, content build, review, editing, and preparation.
  • Support all aspects of the engagement, including the relationship with key client partners.
  • Demonstrate solid skills in the analysis, implementation, and controls of assigned deliverables and tasks.
  • Adhere to strong IT Governance and change control process for all system changes in an FDA regulated environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or IT or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP Implementation projects, Data Conversion/Process Mapping.
  • Working experience in Oracle ERP.
  • Exhibit good knowledge of business operations.
  • Exhibit good collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work between functional and technical teams.
  • Ability to create business requirements specifications.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to bring conversations to conclusions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working domain experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
  • Working experience and solid understanding of Oracle ERP.
  • Working experience in MS Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, etc).
  • Proficient skills in Written, Verbal, and Spoken English.
