Key Responsibilities:

  • Freshly prepare our menu items, including fish, chicken, shrimp, and hush puppies, using food preparation equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain the cooking equipment by performing required cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Restock product and workstations to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by completing general cleaning tasks, including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Must have a positive and friendly demeanor to interact with coworkers and guests.
