- Educate customers about membership benefits.
- Organize seasonal maintenance appointments effectively.
- Keep customer records updated with accurate information.
- Assist with follow-up initiatives from marketing efforts.
- Cross-train in customer service roles to support service and installation teams.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions.
- Provide feedback to technicians regarding service calls when necessary.
- Encourage sales of additional products related to indoor air quality.
Qualifications for Success
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.

Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
- On-call rotation during weekends
