PeopleShare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the loading and unloading of trucks, preparing and staging material and garments for loading, and performing other production jobs classified at a level four or below as needed to support the business.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of your work area and meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
  • Work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where time pressures to complete work quickly.
  • Potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
  • Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of previous warehouse associate experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse setting and handle materials that may be soiled or have strong odors.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
