About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Automation Developer to join our team at Builders Mutual. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing automation systems that drive business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using low-code tools such as PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop automation solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead and coach junior developers in the principles of low-code development and iPaaS solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards for automation solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree with at least 8 years of information technology experience, with at least 5 years in application development.
  • Experience with developing low-code tools and integrating systems with SQL and API Web Services.
  • Experience leading and contributing to technical implementation of projects with agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading and coaching peers and rising developers.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, problem-solving, and design skills.
