Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist at Danville Family Dental Care, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, conducting thorough dental exams, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct dental exams, cleanings, and other procedures to ensure optimal patient care
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training
- Collaborate with the practice manager and team to achieve practice goals and objectives
- Current dental hygienist license in Illinois
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
- CPR certification
- Preferred experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
