Job Summary

Danville Family Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with our practice manager and team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
