Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $16 per hour, with biweekly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and accurately schedule service appointments
  • Address online inquiries and email requests from customers promptly
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to assist customers effectively
  • Proactively follow up on missed service appointments
  • Use a software system to manage appointment schedules and customer information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving any customer issues or complaints
  • Work in tandem with the service department to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Consistently meet and surpass service objectives and targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and participate in required training sessions
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive demeanor
