Position: Medical Laboratory Technician

As a vital member of our healthcare team at NEXT Oncology, you will:

  • Conduct diagnostic tests to assist in the identification and treatment of medical conditions under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
  • Perform precise analyses of biological specimens while adhering to stringent quality control standards.
  • Engage in a variety of laboratory examinations, including but not limited to Chemistry, Hematology, and Urinalysis.
  • Prepare and evaluate peripheral blood smears, ensuring accurate processing of samples for analysis.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of laboratory instruments and inventory.
  • Uphold compliance with established laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.

Minimum Qualifications: An Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, ASCP certification, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Hematology, Core Laboratory operations, and Phlebotomy.

Possess strong skills in equipment upkeep and data interpretation, along with excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
