Security Officer

At GITI TIRE USA LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Associate I to join our team. As a Security Associate I, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect and safeguard company property and assets from theft, damage, or vandalism.
• Monitor and respond to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect potential security threats.
• Screen and monitor visitors, employees, and contractors to ensure authorized access to company facilities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies to investigate and resolve security incidents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.
• Conduct regular training and drills to ensure employees are prepared in the event of an emergency.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, including reports and logs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a security-related field, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in radio and telephone equipment, with the ability to operate and maintain security systems.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
