Security Officer

At GITI TIRE USA LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Associate I to join our team. As a Security Associate I, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect and safeguard company property and assets from theft, damage, or vandalism.
• Monitor and respond to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect potential security threats.
• Screen and monitor visitors, employees, and contractors to ensure authorized access to company facilities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed to resolve security incidents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, including reports and logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently.
