Job Summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc. is seeking a skilled Dairy Production Associate to join our team in a light manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our dairy products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate packaging equipment efficiently and safely
  • Monitor procedures and working conditions to prevent product contamination or excessive waste
  • Communicate effectively with plant personnel
  • Verify quality control items such as product weights, coding, uniformity, and packaging
  • Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping
  • Assist with sanitation and housekeeping throughout the plant
  • Adhere to all aspects of company and customer safety, sanitation, and policies
  • Assist with training new employees
  • Provide assistance to the maintenance personnel for machine repairs or troubleshooting

Requirements
