Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Build Positive Work Environment: Collaborate with leadership to define and promote core values, ensuring they are integrated into daily operations and employee interactions.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies that meet industry standards and best practices.
- Support Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in attracting top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience reflecting our company culture.
- Address Employee Concerns: Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing support and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
