Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Hospice team in Eagle, ID. As a PRN CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families facing end-of-life journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene
  • Assist with dressing and undressing patients
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping and feeding patients
  • Monitor and report patient skin conditions to ensure proper care and prevention of tissue breakdown
  • Document patient care and report significant changes to the Case Manager
Requirements
  • Current CNA certification
  • Hospice experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Current CPR certification
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
