Physician - Family Medicine Opportunity with Excellent Work-Life Balance

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at our state-of-the-art clinic on the hospital campus.
About Our ClinicWe are a top-ranked Critical Access Hospital (National Rural Health Association) and one of the top 20 in the nation by the Women's Health Association. Our 25-bed hospital features advanced technology, including an OR team readily available for support. Our clinic boasts 4 day work weeks, autonomy to shape your practice, and a supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer a highly competitive $225K salary, a $150K retention package, and a signing bonus. You'll also receive full benefits, malpractice insurance, and relocation assistance. Additionally, you can contribute 4% to our retirement plan, which adds $18K annually.
Job DescriptionYou will be working alongside 12 experienced family physicians, 6 NPs, and 2 PAs in a collaborative and supportive environment. The average patient load is 20 per day, with opportunities to deliver 30-80 babies annually. We have a call schedule of 1:6 for OB and general surgeons perform all C-sections. You'll also have the option to participate in ER shifts, earning $125 per hour or $3K for 24-hour shifts.
