Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional physician to join our team in Eastern Iowa. As a valued member of our medical group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary of $400,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus of $50,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid health, life, dental, disability, and malpractice insurance. You will also be eligible for 401K and profit-sharing, as well as relocation and CME allowances.
About the RoleAs a physician with our practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient clinic setting. We have a limited call/inpatient responsibility schedule, which allows for excellent work-life balance and flexibility. Our dedicated hospitalist program ensures that our patients receive seamless care during hospital stays, while still maintaining a sense of control and autonomy.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with a strong track record of clinical excellence. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
