Job Overview

Aux Home Services is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all booked calls to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

• Evaluate booked calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment based on their expertise and availability

• Maximize revenue by maintaining complete control over scheduling service and maintenance calls with customers and monitoring technicians' performances

• Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls and ensuring that technicians are equipped to handle them

• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences, including any special instructions

• Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress, providing timely and transparent communication

• Hold morning briefings with the Service Manager to discuss daily priorities and update throughout the day

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and maintain accurate records.
