About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our collision center at the Fairfield Collision Center, part of the Penske Automotive Group family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the collision center at maximum production while controlling costs.
  • Build a loyal clientele and set and obtain sales and profit objectives.
  • Maintain service records and foster good employee relationships in a positive environment.

Requirements
