Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative solutions to complex recruitment challenges.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for excellence, work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in direct hire recruiting and business development.
  • Technical understanding of refining and petrochemical industry roles, including engineering, health & safety, economics, planning, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
