Position Summary:
The Respiratory Equipment Operations Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with both new and existing DME clients while ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of incoming orders. This role includes oversight of the respiratory department and its various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily activities of Service Associates, ensuring timely communication with new clients and accurate order processing.
  • Provide support to Service Associates by addressing inquiries and facilitating necessary corrections.
  • Manage the work schedules of Service Associates to effectively handle all incoming client and referral communications.
  • Oversee compliance monitoring for CPAP/BiPAP patients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer and referral issues and special requests.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for Service Associates, either independently or in collaboration with the Director.
  • Monitor phone queues to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Regularly review Hold and Open Order reports to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a dynamic office environment, preferably within the DME or healthcare sector.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, including Pivot Tables.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Brightree software is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
