Job Title: Project Support Specialist

At Dewberry Engineers Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to work in a great working environment and apply the latest technology.

Job Summary:

The Project Support Specialist will provide administrative technical support to professional and technical staff, with a focus on assisting the Associate Vice President/Director of the Northern California Water Group. Key responsibilities include preparing technical memoranda and reports, updating project specifications, and compiling documentation into PDFs.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative technical support to professional and technical staff
* Assist the Associate Vice President/Director of the Northern California Water Group with various tasks
* Prepare technical memoranda and reports, including research and obtaining information from staff
* Update project specifications and compile documentation into PDFs
* Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
* Assist with research of internal or external information
* Prepare Excel worksheets and draft correspondence as needed
* Prepare MS PowerPoint presentations and MS Project schedules as required

Requirements:

* 5 years of project/administrative experience
* High School diploma required, Associates degree preferred
* Experience working with AEC industry required
* Expert level knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
* Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines
