  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each member.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in managed care or related field required.
  • Prior experience working with vulnerable populations preferred.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
