We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and parking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Support: Greet all arriving and departing guests with a smile and provide assistance with directions and information regarding the ballpark.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude, addressing all customer comments and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Traffic Management: Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow to proper areas, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles.
  • Accessibility Support: Request ADA carts for mobility assistance as needed and provide support to guests with disabilities.
  • Security and Safety: Monitor parking lots for potential safety and security risks and address any concerns promptly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with fans and other employees.
  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to walk, run, and/or stand for extended periods of time, with the ability to lift, pull, push, and/or carry 15 pounds as necessary.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment and adapt to changing situations.
