Front Desk Shift Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Shift Manager to join our team at the Legacy Center in Lehi City. As a Front Desk Shift Manager, you will be responsible for opening the Legacy Center at a set time and ensuring a smooth daily operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the general supervision of the Front Desk Head Manager and the Assistant Recreation Director.
  • Some knowledge of the principles and objectives of municipal recreation center facility operations, maintenance, programs, classes, and activities.
  • Available to work special events such as Halloween Extravaganza and Health Fair.
  • Pass a background check and a drug test.
  • Must be punctual, energetic, and willing to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have good public relations skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work with people in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use computers to meet member needs.
  • Friendly and courteous attitude.
  • Some knowledge of all Cardio and Weight room equipment.
  • Have knowledge of all Legacy Center programs and events.
  • Must be CPR/First Aid Certified (can be done at work).

Working Conditions:

The Front Desk Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $12.66

Schedule: 2 to 3 days per week with 1 Saturday a month. Hours: 4:30 am - 8:30 am
