Position Title: Practical Nursing Specialist
Shift Hours: Day shift: 6:30 AM - 3 PM (Days off: T/W)
Swing shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM (Days off: W/T)
Salary: $6,510.00 Monthly
Client: Ace InfoTech LLC
Note: A one-time fee of 10-15% of the annualized first-year salary accepted by the candidate will be applicable.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the rehabilitation of patients according to established treatment protocols
• Foster a comprehensive understanding of healthcare policies
• Provide holistic care to patients, ensuring emotional and physical comfort, while maintaining a welcoming environment
• Engage in educational initiatives and treatment team discussions
• Care for patients with infectious conditions, adhering to sterilization and aseptic techniques
• Monitor, document, and communicate the overall health status of patients
• Contribute to a therapeutic atmosphere by accepting patient behaviors and guiding them towards constructive actions
Qualifications:
• Proven ability to apply practical nursing principles effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic physical assessment and treatment techniques
• Detail-oriented with a capacity to convey clear and accurate information
Preferred Qualifications:
• CPR certification
• Additional compensation of 5% per hour for direct care roles in a 24/7 facility, along with a shift differential of $2.50 per hour for evening and night shifts.
