Server Representative

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Server Representative. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by delivering exceptional service, food, and drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Food and Drinks: Ensure that our guests receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Greet and Engage Guests: Welcome our guests, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Interact with guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere, responding to their needs and requests.
• Operate Point-of-Sale System: Use our state-of-the-art tablet-based system to relay orders to the service bar and kitchen.
• Present Guest Checks: Accurately present guest checks to each table.
• Clear and Reset Tables: Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.

Qualification Standards:

• Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Physical Demands: Ability to navigate throughout the restaurant, move and grasp items up to five pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, bend and stoop.
• Communication Skills: Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.

Compensation: As a Server Representative, you'll be paid the tip credit minimum wage, plus tips. This is an average estimate, and actual take-home pay may vary based on availability.
