Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide relief support in our cheese production areas during vacations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and operating the DMC system, accurately documenting test results, and performing various tasks to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relieve production team members during vacations and ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and operate the DMC system to maintain production efficiency
  • Accurately document test results and other required information into the CIM system
  • Perform mathematical calculations and monitor ingredients application
  • Ensure smooth conveying of Ribbon through the conveyors and monitor guillotine operation
  • Maintain sanitation, tear down, and gasket change out programs
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner to achieve an injury-free workplace
Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Ability to work Sunday - Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and required overtime
  • Ability to work a minimum of 8.5 hours
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to read, write, and speak the English language
  • Able to read, write, and perform intermediate mathematical calculations
Working Conditions

This position will be exposed to ambient temperatures and may include a wet/slippery environment with loud noise in varying degrees of temperature. Specific vision may be required for this position, including close vision, distance vision, color and depth perception, and the ability to read computer screens for extended time periods.
