Who Will I Collaborate With? In this position, you will engage daily with an Assistant Teacher, children, parents, the management team, and fellow educators, among others.
What Qualifications Are Required?
- Must possess current OCCRRA, CDA minimum education,
- Adaptable in challenging circumstances
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Dedication to professional growth
- Sound decision-making skills
- Must be First Aid/CPR certified
- Fulfill all state requirements for the role.
What Are the Daily Responsibilities?
- Requires a compassionate approach while implementing our developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Ability to manage the needs of infants and toddlers at various developmental stages.
- Be exceptionally organized to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ensure a safe and structured educational environment.
- Be sensitive to children's feelings and parents' concerns.
- Design daily lessons that promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development for each child.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and colleagues.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills and utilize technology to convey child progress to parents and other educators.
- Set expectations that align with the child's age and developmental stage.
- Be innovative, passionate about your role, and enjoy your work.
