What Are the Daily Responsibilities?

  • Ability to manage the needs of infants and toddlers at various developmental stages.
  • Be exceptionally organized to create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Ensure a safe and structured educational environment.
  • Be sensitive to children's feelings and parents' concerns.
  • Design daily lessons that promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development for each child.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills and utilize technology to convey child progress to parents and other educators.
  • Set expectations that align with the child's age and developmental stage.
  • Be innovative, passionate about your role, and enjoy your work.
