Your Daily Responsibilities

This entry-level role operates on a seasonal schedule from Monday to Friday, typically between 7 AM and 5 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Envision a day where, as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you contribute to the upkeep of commercial and upscale residential properties across Western New York. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, pruning, weeding, trimming grass, and operating basic equipment under the supervision of seasoned team members. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop, and be part of creating beautiful landscapes that make a lasting impression.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who embody values of positivity, respect, and integrity, and take pride in their work. A valid driver's license is advantageous. While prior landscaping or related outdoor work experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
