Job Summary:

The Maintenance Person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the interior and exterior grounds. This includes tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment, and unloading delivery trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Filter oil fryers daily
  • Maintain outside grounds
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week
  • Take out and empty trash
  • Change light bulbs
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
