We pride ourselves on our dedicated team, which includes technical sales engineers, design and installation engineers, and highly skilled service and repair technicians. Our commitment to growth and development ensures that our associates have ample opportunities for personal and professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with customer equipment through troubleshooting and repair.
  • Provide training and respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment repairs.
  • Schedule and perform service, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Prepare customer equipment for shipping after repairs.
  • Maintain demonstration equipment, ensuring it is tested and cleaned after use.
  • Travel overnight as required for service assignments.
  • Assist in assembling special projects as needed.
  • Engage in product training and demonstrations alongside sales teams.
  • Contribute to the establishment of service contracts for maintenance and repair.
  • Support safety initiatives by participating in lab clean-up and safety reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with strong computer skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
  • Experience with powder coating is preferred.
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Capacity to read technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in environments with potential paint and solvent odors.
