Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Land Development team at K2 Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular project meetings to inform and resolve issues.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Perform quality control reviews and coordinate QA process in accordance with company policy.
  • Financial Management
    • Ensure accurate and timely billings to clients and prioritize accounts receivable.
  • Business Development and Marketing
    • Assist in formulating plans, cost estimates, timeframes, and specifications of projects.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on land development.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Civil 3D experience is a plus.
    • PE certification required (reciprocity in 3 months acceptable).
    • Demonstrated experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, and/or industrial site development projects.
    • Strong business development and marketing skills, including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
    • Ability to work well independently and on a team.
    • Ability to communicate ideas and technical information to staff, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner.
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor younger staff.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project team and client.
    • Ability to delegate and follow-up efficiently.
