Position Overview:

As a Cash Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily financial operations. Your responsibilities will include processing corporate cash transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate monthly reports, and managing commission payments to external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the resolution of discrepancies related to returned or unmatched items.
  2. Handle all cash-related functions, including reporting and monitoring incoming wire transfers.
  3. Maintain comprehensive reports and commission documentation.
  4. Keep detailed logs and support the creation of status reports.
  5. Provide assistance to other functions within the department as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant business experience is required. You should be capable of working independently, although your work will undergo thorough quality checks initially.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred. Experience in banking and cash balancing is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities, are necessary. You should also be adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Work Environment:

This position is situated in a standard office setting.
