Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to contribute to our team's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) insurance, with a proven track record of success in account management and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactive account management.
  • Utilize expertise in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance to advise clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and policy service requests.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively communicate updates to clients.
  • Leverage excellent scheduling and organizational skills to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance, with a clear understanding of the 60/40 split between PL and CL.
  • Proven ability to achieve a high client retention rate, particularly with small to mid-market clients.
  • Experience working with clients in industries such as Transportation, Contractors and General Liability.
  • Former experience as a Logistics Expert or Operations Lead is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Account Management, Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Marketing across multiple industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clientele and internal teams.
