We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at ABS Kids. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote skill development and behavior change
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families
  • Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home and community-based environments
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and evaluate progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination
