Job Title: ABA Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at the Center for Social Dynamics. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities to implement evidence-based mental health services and Applied Behavioral Analysis programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader.
  • Travel to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
  • Communicate schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
  • Participate in regular meetings and promptly communicate with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.

Requirements:

  • Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, and COVID - California mandated).
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Able to appropriately interpret and implement policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in computer/word processing software.
