Job Description
We are seeking an experienced assembly specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic and/or manual bonding machines that bond gold and aluminum wire to integrated circuit dies to connect circuitry to package leads.

Key Responsibilities
• Setup and operation of bonding machines
• Performance of capillary change
• Operation of high-powered microscopes, Dage wire pull and die shear equipment
• Preparation of production lots for the wire bonding process
• Working in a cleanroom environment observing ESD precautions at all times
• Accurate documentation of records and identification of process deviations to the supervisor

Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• At least six months to one year of previous/related experience and/or training
• Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one or small group situation
• Must be able to use small hand tools such as soldering irons, microscope, tweezers, wire strippers, crimpers, and other equipment for forming and trimming leads

Working Conditions
• Occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping/bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying up to 10lbs
• Frequent sitting, hearing instructions or feedback
• Continuous use of hands to handle or feel
• Vision requirements: close vision, distinguish colors, peripheral vision, depth perception
Salary Range: $35,090.00-$46,970.000
