Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assembly Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic and/or manual bonding machines, performing capillary change, and operating other related equipment such as high-powered microscopes and cleaning and bake equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate automatic and/or manual bonding machines
  • Perform capillary change and operate related equipment
  • Work in a cleanroom environment observing ESD precautions at all times
  • Follow job traveler instructions and document records accurately
  • Identify and report process deviations to the supervisor
  • Perform a wide variety of other assembly operations as assigned

Requirements: To be successful as an Assembly Specialist, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and at least six months to one year of previous/related experience. You must also be able to use small hand tools, have basic computer knowledge, and have the ability to learn and train on all phases of process and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
