About the Role:

  • Reporting to the SVP & GM of Custom Silicon & IP Group, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects and domain specialists in designing and developing SoC architectures for custom silicon programs.
  • As a leader, you will be expected to drive insightful and critical design decisions, guiding your team to deliver the most innovative technology in the market.
  • You will interact closely with other leaders and teams within the group, including solutions & marketing, silicon engineering, applications engineering, and Operations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive prior experience in leading large silicon designs from conception to deployment in small geometries like 5/3nm is a must.
  • Prior experience in defining architectures for ARM-based SoCs or custom accelerators is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities are essential.

What We Offer:

We provide competitive compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate's skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $155,000 to $200,000 annually, with the exact compensation within this range to be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
