This is a 50/50 hands-on Supervisor position.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of Systems administrators in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server, VMware, and SAN technology infrastructure.
  • Experience leading teams supporting Windows operating systems in high-availability environments, including creating and configuring physical and virtual servers.
  • Configure, install, and spin up new Windows and VMware environments.
  • General storage knowledge required, including SAN, iSCSI, NAS, Flash for File and Object, etc.
  • Assist with budgeting, resource management, annual reviews, and vendor management.
  • Administer and create policies within systems tools.
  • Proficient with Azure Active Directory and associated tools, including user/group administration, security permissions, and group policies.
  • Provide escalation support to the Help Desk for all infrastructure-related issues, including computers, workstations, mobile devices, printers, software, and network issues.
  • Knowledge of backup, restore, and recovery procedures is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Azure, Citrix, and AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of SQL servers is highly preferred.
  • General Systems and Network and Azure AD Security is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with patch deployment and software packaging.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.


Requirements:


  • AS degree or higher, 1 year of supervisor experience, and 10 total years within IT systems or support.
  • US Citizen, GC, EAD only please.
