Robson Forensic, Inc is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team. This full-time, on-site position is based at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance with Financial Policies and Procedures.
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Contact customers daily via phone and email to address financial obligations.
  • Identify and timely address overdue accounts.
  • Accurately document activity.
  • Efficiently respond to email queries regarding account status.
  • Respond to customer requests including invoices and statements.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to resolve client concerns.
  • Accurately process client payments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Pleasant manner and etiquette, in person, on phone, and in email.
  • Ability to self manage daily tasks, be able to set priorities with little supervision.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Accounting Software.
