Job Title: Bartender

Regal Entertainment is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all alcoholic beverages according to company directions.
  • Ensure knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol.
  • Maintain required alcohol certification and training.
  • Provide exceptional guest service skills.
  • Handle all monies and merchandise accurately.
  • Operate, prepare, and clean all related equipment.
  • Use all concession related storerooms and cleaning materials properly.
  • Follow all opening, closing, and in-between show procedures.
  • Know and comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
  • Adhere to the dress code policy.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by smiling, greeting, and thanking all guests.
  • Accurately manage cash drawers, inventory, and coupons.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required.
  • Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
  • Good public speaking, listening, and communication skills.
  • Math skills to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
  • Reasoning ability to identify problems, gather data, and take action.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hand and arms, and talking or hearing. The employee may occasionally be required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally be required to lift up to 60 pounds.
