Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laminator to join our team at Plascore. As a Laminator, you will be responsible for performing laminating operations using hot and cold press processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Panel Fabrication: Build panels using skins, core, frames, rails, and other components.
  • Lamination Operations: Load and unload panels from press, inspect and prepare press platens for next operation.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare skins and core according to process specifications, PQR, Travelers, and BOM.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished product for appearance, alignment, and bonding.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, maintain detailed notes, and fill out all logs.
  • Collaboration: Assist other departments as necessary and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR Regulations and be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident.
