Position Summary

The Restaurant Operations Leader serves as the second-in-command within the store leadership team. You will lead, mentor, and enhance the skills of Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.

Your role is to establish a positive atmosphere for the team, demonstrating how to treat our customers as valued guests, welcoming everyone from adventurous eaters to those with specific dietary preferences. You will embody the principle that our restaurants create an inclusive experience where everyone feels they belong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a high-energy atmosphere during shifts.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for both Squad Crew and customers.
  • Manage keyholder cash handling duties.
  • Address and resolve any concerns from Squad Crew and customers, escalating issues to the restaurant General Manager as necessary.
  • Oversee shift duties checklists and address any equipment issues.
  • Prioritize the growth and well-being of the Squad, celebrating achievements.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or restaurant settings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in coaching, teaching, and motivating others.
  • Demonstrated success in adhering to and enforcing processes and standards while providing compassionate coaching.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
