Job Title: Experienced Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at Broadway Brewery, Missouri's premier farm-to-table brewery. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting classic cocktails, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve classic cocktails with precision and flair
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of craft beers, including our specialty offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized bar environment
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our bar revenue
Requirements:
  • Cicerone certification within 30 days of hire
  • Availability to work Thursday through Sunday, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed
