Broadway Brewery Bartender Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at Broadway Brewery, Missouri's premier farm-to-table brewery. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting world-class cocktails, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve classic cocktails and specialty drinks with precision and flair
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of craft beers and be able to make recommendations to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the bar
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience bartending at a full-service restaurant and bar
  • Proficiency in all classic cocktails and a willingness to learn and master our specialty cocktails
  • Craft beer knowledge and a passion for the industry
  • Ability to work Thursday through Sunday, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed
  • Cicerone certification within 30 days of hire
