This part to full-time hourly role presents a remarkable opportunity within a prestigious private country club environment. The Country Club of St. Albans is renowned for delivering exceptional service, and we seek dedicated individuals to uphold this standard. As a Bartender, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive the high-quality service they expect. It is essential to be personable, punctual, and possess a broad knowledge of cocktails while maintaining a positive demeanor at work. We offer flexible scheduling and currently have openings for both daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and select holidays. This position is particularly suitable for students or those seeking a supplementary job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest level of service to our Members and their guests.

• Welcome Members and assist them throughout their service experience.

• Maintain a proactive approach both on and off the floor.

• Foster a friendly and approachable atmosphere for all Members and staff.

• Ensure the proper storage of all service-related and food items.

• Collaborate effectively with A La Carte staff and during Banquets.

• Anticipate Member needs and strive to exceed their expectations, contributing to team objectives.

• Adhere to established quality, consistency, and efficiency standards.

• Communicate any necessary changes to the Food and Beverage Manager and relevant team leaders as required.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a serving role is preferred. Compensation will be based on experience. ($ / hr)
  • ServSafe / Missouri S.M.A.R.T. Certification is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
