Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at the St. Clair Inn. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take drink orders and serve patrons with a smile
  • Mix and deliver drinks to customers, including beer, wine, and mixed cocktails
  • Properly identify customers' age and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Restock and clean the bar area, including glassware and inventory management
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience and a strong focus on patron satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
