Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our Swedish Hill Westlake location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operations, including staff management, service, and financial performance
  • Spearhead recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling of employees
  • Supervise and mentor hourly staff to maintain consistent quality standards
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management team
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and culinary trends
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitability
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
